When tackling regular organic soil, it is typical to use alkaline detergents; while for inorganic soil like beer stone, milk stone or scaling, it is more likely that acid detergents will be used. However, some alkaline-based formulations can attack both organic and inorganic soils and cope with scaling and acid products that can achieve a good cleaning result on organic soiling. Liaising with a trusted chemical supplier ensures that you have access to the best solutions that will help you meet your quality, operational and sustainability objectives.
*Always use the correct product for its intended application. Usage information can be found on safety data sheets, product information sheets and the product label. Using a product in a way that it was not intended to be used might reduce efficacy which risks leaving microbes on the surface, potential damage to the surface if it is not compatible, or even fatal consequences.
