A breakthrough Mechanical Warewash innovation for reusable plastic ware
The Directive (EU) 2019/904 sets stringent targets for reducing single-use plastics, mandating a 75% recyclability rate for single-use plastic cups and food containers by 2024, increasing to 90% by 2027.
As Food Service operators are transitioning from single-use plastics to reusable plastic ware, Diversey specifically developed a solution to meet the challenges of washing and drying reusable plastics.
The combination of Suma PolyWash L56R, a heavy-duty machine ware washing detergent, and Suma PolyDry A9, a concentrated neutral rinse aid, forms a comprehensive solution for every type and shape of reusable ware, no matter the soil or smell.
Suma PolyWash L56R is specially formulated for use on different types of reusable plastic ware – amongst others Tritan and Polypropylene based items - in a wide variety of dishwashing machines, in medium hard and hard water conditions. Used as recommended, it will provide excellent soil and smell removal due to the blend of caustic alkali, scale control agents, and corrosion inhibitors.
Suma PolyDry A9 is specially formulated for use on different types of reusable plastic ware – amongst others Tritan and polypropylene based items - in a wide variety of dishwashing machines. The special blend of non-ionic surfactants is designed to lower the surface tension of the final rinsing water. This prevents droplet formation, and because the water sheets off the surface in a thin layer, drying times will also be reduced. This special blend also prevents heavy foaming in the dishwash machine.
