Biofilms pose a persistent challenge in the food and beverage industry. They can easily be formed, can be difficult to remove and cause a variety of problems ranging from equipment failures and product spoilage to harboring dangerous pathogenic bacteria such as Listeria. In this webinar we will explain what a biofilm is, how it is formed, and which risks and problems are associated with it. You will also learn about the principles of prevention as well as how to monitor, identify, and remove biofilm.
