The Diversey 5 Star Service program, is a new and unique approach for our industry. The principle foundation of this program is the fact that Diversey is the only hygiene and sanitation chemicals provider with a service team that is not compensated based on sales, but on service excellence and customer satisfaction scores.

It works like this: after the completion of every service visit, customers are asked to complete a short survey. An online system will track answers and takes action according to a customer's specific needs to make sure they receive the highest level of service.
