Solenis to Make Changes to Freight Adders and Transactional Service Standards for Shipments in the United States and Canada

WILMINGTON, Del. (USA) — Due to escalating costs associated with securing truck carrier capacity, Solenis will make changes to Freight Adders and Transactional Service Standards for shipments in the United States and Canada.

Effective May 15, 2018, or as contracts allow, Solenis will implement the following fees:

  • Freight Delivery Adder for Solenis-Arranged Bulk Tank Truck Orders - $.02/lb.
  • Fee for Customer Initiated Change Orders within 72 Hours of Shipment for Packaged and Tank Truck Orders - US $500
  • Fee for Rush Orders Placed within 72 Hours of Shipment for Packaged and Tank Truck Orders - US $250-$500*

*$250 for shipments 20K lbs.
