FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WILMINGTON, Del. (USA) — Diversey, a Solenis company, has announced a strategic partnership with Synexis LLC to distribute Synexis’ cutting-edge Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP®) technology to customers in the healthcare sector across the United States and Canada.

Synexis’ patented DHP technology continuously reduces viruses, bacteria, mold and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in occupied spaces, providing a proactive approach to improving indoor air and surface quality. This innovative solution operates 24/7, offering continuous microbial reduction in real time.

“Combining Synexis’ DHP technology with Diversey’s comprehensive cleaning and hygiene solutions will offer customers an unmatched level of microbial control and safety,” said Ed Connors, Chief Business Officer, Solenis. “We are excited about this partnership and its potential to help our customers achieve operational goals while creating cleaner and safer environments.”

“Emerging pathogens and increased demand for resource-efficient solutions are driving the need for continuous and touchless microbial control technologies,” added Dennis Doyle, CEO, Synexis. “This collaboration with Diversey allows us to bring a comprehensive microbial reduction solution to our customers.”

This partnership marks a significant milestone for both companies as they work together to meet the growing demand for advanced microbial reduction technologies. Synexis products will be available through Diversey’s distribution network in the coming months.
