Course Description:

Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) is a resource-intensive process. Choosing the correct method of cleaning, optimizing the associated cleaning cycle, and choosing the correct cleaner provide the opportunity to provide a cleaned surface with minimal expense of resources and impact on the surfaces being cleaned.

The Open Plant Cleaning Concepts and Application course aims to equip learners with the knowledge they need to optimize OPC processes and achieve efficient cleaning.

• All levels of employees to build an understanding of the basic principles of OPC in the food industry.
• Especially beneficial to employees who already have a general understanding of food plant equipment, plant facilities and the basics of cleaning chemistry.
