INTERNATIONAL WOODWORKING FAIR (IWF)

The International Woodworking Fair (IWF) is the largest trade show in the Western Hemisphere for woodworking and related industries. During the four-day show, more than 1,000 companies will showcase the latest technology in machinery, supplies and services available to the marketplace.

While at IWF, Solenis will promote its formaldehyde-free line of Soyad™ adhesives and co-adhesives. Soyad adhesives allow manufacturers of hardwood plywood, engineered wood flooring and particleboard to significantly reduce formaldehyde emissions from their products and to comply with emission limits. Soyad co-adhesives are used in combination with isocyanate-based resins to produce composite panels such as particleboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and oriented strand board (OSB). Soyad co-adhesives allow composite panel manufacturers to significantly reduce their adhesive costs.
